Amazon x Community Does It Dwell with Dignity partners with Amazon and Community Does It
Dwell with Dignity had the incredible opportunity to design and furnish a new mental health facility in Pleasant Grove for Community Does It. The 9,000-square-foot facility, previously a pool hall, was transformed into 12 spaces including therapy rooms, a multi-use community room, a reception area, offices and more.
Amazon donated products from Texas-based small businesses and $50,000 to Dwell with Dignity to furnish the facility. Community Does It estimates that over 4,800 people this year will be served through the facility, which will offer affordable mental health services. It was unveiled July 12, the first day of Amazon’s Prime Day event.
